This dress is Christian Dior 2006 fall couture designed by John Galliano. It has the feel of Moreau's painting. amoreau, 1826-1889 born and died in France. He draw mainly religious painting. Dior derss has similer look to the painting style.

Ancient Egypt
This is Christian Dior 2004 spring couture designed by John Galliano. He got influenced by Egyptian gods and the pharaoh costumes. The neck line drapping shows the skirt design on the relief. Dress is mostly gold which has feeling of Egyptian style.

These images are folkloric cloth. First image is Batik shirt from Indonesia. This might be ethic garment because of the shirt construction. It might came from Dutch.

Corset is made from Small fabric sewn together and now using plastic. Whale teeth was use in back day. Very well tailored garment to tie on the waist to define the woman's or man's body. this image is from Edwardian era.
